cons
- the window is a bit farther away
- a little more noise from the inverters
- more space
- all my tools are here
- this is where i spend most of my day anyway
- the old office is now a guest room :)

good points, but in my case the garage is basically another room in the house. it has proper heating, ventilation, and lighting, and we don't have any fossil fuel cars, so it's a pretty comfortable place to work

@hi radon is something that just comes from the ground, not related to the type of the car, and it needs to be evacuated through the regular ventilation. I've learned (not too late thankfully) that builders even in EU countries have less strict requirements for garages, so for the last 10 years every time I need to deal with garages or any other ground level places long term - I bring a radon/voc sensor with me.
