why use store if there is on ?

so many stores, it's confusing...

  • app store, but only few apps
  • accrescent, a few more outdated apps
  • aurora store, frontend for play store
  • fdroid store (i heard there are some issues with app signing...)
  • play store (non-anonymous...)
  • obtainium (install from git repo, hmmm)

@hi I mostly rely on F-droid for search and discovery, then copy the source link into Obtainium for installation. Faster updates that way.

Don’t use F-Droid or Aurora store for security, use Obtainium, Accrescent and AppVerifier.
