@mntmn I have been fighting #freecad in my day job to reimport a step from #kicad and just leave it in place. I've marked this thread to see if your solution also solves my problem. Brain fried after a long week, so can't think clearly about this now.

But the problem is a common one, and I think when I looked for a solution people have been complaining about it for at least a decade. If only open source software could magically get developer funding that wouldn't expect ROI and ruin it.

This #FreeCADFriday I share a floor protection/anti-slip foot for furniture with the common M6 thread.

Often, furniture comes with cheap plastic feet which neither protect the floor nor inhibit slip. If you are lucky enough that they are held by M6 screws, this might be your solution.
