For this #FreeCADFriday I was going to release a 3D-printable tap aerator.
It kind if works and even pulls air into the water stream, but it still needs tuning. However, it is hard to print fine filters with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. So this time I am not ready to share my @freecad file yet.
I want to #askfedi:
Do you have experience with 0.3 or even 0.25 mm nozzles? Do they print well with PETG? Please share your wisdom.

Well here's one for the "must you 3D print everything" category.
Our arcade's new toilet has this tiniest of the tiny sink. We've had the soap dispenser on it awkwardly behind the tap while I've been hoping to find some kind of a wall mountable solution. All I could find was those flimsy suction cup mounted ones that you'll find on the floor after a while.
I measured the the space between the wall and the sink and then made this. It fits there snugly and holds the soap bottle where it's actually easy to use from.

Just made some reusable lids for common Crème Brûlée dessert glasses in @freecad . I printed them in PETG with a (colorchange) TPU ring for a flexible snug fit. Printing the top face in PETG is cheaper, faster and I can use various PETG colors as I have more of them.

I made an experimental filament fuser.
The filament ends are inserted in a piece of silicone tube and heated with a lighter.
Then, the joint is inserted into the mold and pressed until it solidifies.
The 3D-printed mold is lined with PTFE tube halves to increase its heat resistance. A stencil helps with the preparation of the tube segments.
It is not super easy to handle but a first test turned out pretty usable.
