a couple of weeks back, i released version 7 of ssg.sh, and i'm currently testing it across all my sites. i've been refining my shell scripts for self-hosting and exploring got (game of trees). running openbsd brings me pure joy.
i'm writing small bits in lua for the pico-8 console. i've been helping my youngest daughter animate her pixel art. there's something i love about low-tech constraints: pixel fonts, tiny screens, limited color palettes, and 8-bit sound.
after a long break, i'm back to lifting weights. i'm grateful to see myself recovering—injuries really do suck! i'm following the basic 5×5 program: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and overhead press. trying to make it to the gym at least once a week and tracking my progress with the stronglifts app.
